Mr. Bitting is a Transportation Systems professional and ITS technical expert with extensive experience in Operations and Project Management. Qualified by over 25 years of experience in IT and ITS systems, he is knowledgeable in the development of ITS plans, technical specification packages, advanced multicast video networks, freeway ops management, RTMC and ITS systems integration, and ATMS. His extensive knowledge has been acquired through 10 years of working for the FDOT- District 7 office, and following that, 15 years in the private sector of ITS professional services as the President and CEO of Lucent. While with the DOT, he has established a deep understanding of all FDOT contracts and process of supporting clients in various districts. During his time leading Lucent, Mr. Bitting has managed and supported multiple ITS and operations contracts throughout the State of Florida.

Mr. Underwood has over 25 years of ITS Network experience. He has an extensive background in construction projects and advanced electrical systems design and installation. Jon Serves as LGI’s VP of Information Technology.

Jared Roso has over 14 years of professional experience in the information technology industry with the majority of that time involved in driving ITS projects forward, He has strong experience running, maintaining, and managing both datacenter operations and a positive end user technology experience.
